How I look after your information

When you reach out to Cardinal Interiors, you’re trusting me with details about you and your home. This page explains what this website collects, what I do with it, and how to ask me to change or delete it.

What I collect

Only what you choose to send me through a form on this site:

The contact form: your name, email, a website or phone number if you add one, and your message.
The newsletter and the free style guide: your first name and email.
Booking a consultation: your name, email, phone number, home address, and anything you’d like me to know before we meet.
The Christmas Design forms: your name, email, phone number, home address, and your answers about your style, timing and budget.

How I use it

To answer you, to book and plan your appointment or project, and, if you signed up for the list, to send you my newsletter. I keep it in my own studio records. I never sell your information, and I never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who helps me run the site

A few trusted services handle parts of this website for me, and they only see what they need to do that job:

Vercel hosts the website.
Resend delivers the messages you send through the forms to my inbox.
Stripe handles any payment when you book. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach me.
Instagram supplies the photos in the Instagram strip on this site.

The Meta Pixel and cookies

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It lets Meta know which pages were visited and when a form was finished, so I can see whether my ads are working and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may use a cookie in your browser to do this, and it handles that information under its own privacy policy.

You can change how Meta uses this for ads in your Facebook ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works either way.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you’re on my list and want off it, just tell me and I’ll take you off.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning their homes, and I don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
